ANDROID APP SHORT REVIEW: SMS+ (with Lock, Emoji, Spam)

USER INTERFACE

The UI of this app is elegant and simple and follows material. The look and feel of the app can be changed by:

• choosing color theme
• choosing a background
• pattern
• art 
• custom

The app also allows to change the font.

FUNCTIONALITY

The app lists the messages by day. The Menu provides options to Search, Snooze. There is a Quick Reply option, but it does not work all the time. 

• The INBOX lists all the sms. Swipe actions are available to CALL/DELETE a conversation. 
• The SECRET allows to add a contact whose messages will all be locked with a pin/pattern. The feature works great. When a message is received from a locked contact, it shows up as an app update (dont get confused :)). 
• There is a FUTURE section to schedule messages to be sent at a later point of time.
• Messages can also be marked as SPAM

In Converstation view, batch delete is possible.

CONCLUSION

The app feels great to use. Its good as it provides the basic set of features used regularly instead of overloading with unnecessary features.
